SOMNUS is a first-person indie game in the genre of adventure with elements of horror. The protagonist, a young boy, faces a difficult ordeal: his mother is seriously ill, and in order to pay for her treatment, he takes a job as a night guard.

Thomas takes a job as a night guard, and his job seems simple: check that everything is in order. But his shift turns into an ordeal when he has to spend the night in an eerie, cold and narrow cave. The oppressive atmosphere, strange sounds and the feeling that someone is watching you. Each step in the darkness brings him closer to unraveling the mysteries that the cave hides.

In the role of a night guard, you will travel deep into the ominous cave to make sure everything stays under control. Every hour you descend into dark and cold tunnels, where the gloom holds mysteries and dangers. With each detour, the sense of unease increases as you begin to notice that not everything is easy in this place.

After each inspection, you’ll need to fill out paperwork, recording your observations. But will you be able to concentrate when it seems that someone is watching you?

Immerse yourself in a dark world and test yourself as the only person who depends on keeping the peace in this mysterious place. But remember, sometimes the darkness hides more than just secrets…
