Hold colony elections to consider residents’ opinions and enact laws reflecting the dominant ideology.
- Personnel Management – Every astronaut is a unique individual with distinct personalities, worldviews, professional skills, and experience. As their expertise grows, so do their demands for proper compensation and comfortable living conditions. Like all humans, colonists require basic needs: food, sleep, rest, and hygiene.
