  • Based on Steam BuildID 21998576 release: 5.1 GB
  • Hypervisor Bypass (INTEL & AMD) by DenuvOwO + Goldberg emu applied over
  • Many antiviruses, including Windows Defender are now marking HV files as rootkits, rendering games unplayable. To avoid it either turn off AV completely, or add source/target installation folders to exclusions
  • VBS.cmd script v1.6.2 added
  • Custom launcher added for easier HV steps processing
  • Game version: v1.0.7.0; In-game parts of Digital Deluxe Upgrade DLC are included and activated
  • 100% Lossless & MD5 Perfect: all files are identical to originals after installation
  • NOTHING ripped, NOTHING re-encoded
  • Selective Download feature: you may skip downloading and installing of English or Japanese voiceovers
  • Significantly smaller archive size (compressed from 5.1 to 3~3.6 GB, depending on selected components)
  • Installation takes 1-3 minutes
  • After-install integrity check so you could make sure that everything installed properly
  • HDD space after installation: up to 5.1 GB

Having issues with my launcher?

Then do the following steps manually:

  • Make sure you have virtualization tech enabled in your BIOS: VT-x for Intel or AMD-V (SVM) for AMD
  • Run “VBS.cmd” in the game folder – you might want to download fresh version here: https://fitgirlrepacks.org/hypervisor-guide/
  • Press 1 to make necessary changes to the system
  • Reboot and in the loading menu press F7 to disable DSE
  • Run “Octopath_Traveler0/Binaries/Win64/hypervisor-launcher.exe”
  • Play
  • Run “VBS.cmd” again and press 3 to revert made changes
  • Reboot in the normal, secure mode

Game Description

Enjoy familiar features such as the series’ HD-2D graphics, a fusion of retro pixel art and 3DCG; the player’s ability to roleplay using Path Actions of their choice; and the Break and Boost system that can turn the tide of battle. Additionally, brand-new features such as character creation and town building allow you to create your own character and restore your hometown.

Game Features

  • You are the protagonist of the story. Choose your appearance, voice, motions, and favorite dish with the new character creation feature!
  • Restore your hometown through town building. Invite companions and allies to live in a town of your creation!
  • Engage in exhilarating and strategic command battles. Choose from over 30 allies to form a party comprised of up to eight characters!
  • Use Path Actions to invite people to your town, engage in battle, and obtain items. Where you go and what you do is entirely up to you.
  • Equip action skills with the new skill system. These skills can be learned by allies and passed on to others.
