QuickFix for Installation Error

Due to the complexity of the installation script for this repack I’ve made a typo in two strings, which cause the installer to crash when installing with “4K Movies / NONE” or with “Story Videos / NONE” options selected.

Luckily, you can easily fix it. Just copy fg-06.bin in your installation folder to fg-optional-4K-videos.bin and to fg-optional-story-videos.bin (ONLY if you don’t have those files downloaded). This will force installer to unpack this small file instead of a missing video archive it wanted to unpack.

  • HDD space after installation: up to 146 GB
  • Language can be changed in game settings (subtitles and audio) and in “BinariesRetailsteam_emu.ini” (GUI)
  • Repack uses XTool library by Razor12911
  • At least 3 GB of free RAM (inc. virtual) required for installing this repack
  • In case you have a 4K display and installed 4K Videos pack – they won’t load due to a game bug, 1080p videos will be shown instead. To fix it, copy all .scx files from “Movies_4k” to “Movies” folder with overwriting
